Description: Robert, earl of Strathearn, has granted and by his present charter established that donation which Sir Fergus his brother made to Lindores Abbey of the land of Beannie (PER) and of that land pertaining to Beannie, which lies next to the land of Roger de Luvetot, his knight, with its bounds and all its pertinents, in free, pure and perpetual alms, quit of all custom, service, army, aid and all other exactions and customs, as the charter of Fergus attests.
