Description
Robert, bishop of St Andrews, announces that, in presence of King David I and his son, Earl Henry, and with their assent, he has granted and [given] sasine of church of Loquhariot (Borthwick, MLO) to Herbert, bishop of Glasgow, as a possession of church of Glasgow. The church of St Andrews shall have all episcopal customs in church, from prior of Scone whom, having handed over to him church for Bishop Herbert, he receives as persona.
