Description
Robert, king of Scots, has [given] his beloved and faithful Alexander Fraser knight 6 acres of arable land in his tenement of Auchcairnie (KCD) next to his manor of Kincardine, by stated bounds, having and holding by Alexander and his lawfully procreated heirs by the late Mary Bruce, the king's beloved sister, in free hostelage, with common pasture of his thanage of Kincardine for two horses, 12 cows, 100 sheep and their offspring up to the age of one year, with the freedom to dig peat within his thanage.
