Description
Robert, king of Scots, writes to his chamberlain of Scotland, noting that he has granted the Friars Preachers of Perth may be free from multure and 'rumfre' at the mill of Perth, after the grain of the king, chancellor, justiciar and chamberlain, on five chalders of wheat, ten chalders of bere annually, and on all grain for their own needs, in pure and perpetual alms.
