Description
Robert, king of Scots, to the grieves and baillies of the burgh of Inverkeithing (FIF), notifying that he has granted Dunfermline abbey 5 marks annually from the burgh ferme of Inverkeithing by their hands on Whitsun and Martinmas, which they have granted in perpetual alms, together with half of Queensferry for the support of two chaplains perpetually celebrating in the chapel on the north side of the said ferry. He commands them to make the aforesaid payments, and to record these in their accounts.
