- Henry, son of king of Scots, earl of Northumbria, has granted and confirmed to church of Holy Trinity, Tiron, gift of his father, of one ship every year, free of cain, wherever it should put in within his father's land; he instructs that this ship and men in it shall enjoy firm peace, to sell, buy, and trade in his father's land; they shall be free of cain whether or not they wish to fish; has also given and granted same privilege in Northumbria
