- Description
- Robert, king of Scots, has inspected and, with competent deliberation, truly understood the charter of Alexander II, the king, son of William, the late king of Scotland, concerning his forest of Scotland demarcated for the abbot and monks of Arbroath, and their men [see RRS, iii, no. 18; 1/7/18]. The king approves, ratifies, and by the tenor of his present charter establishes this charter, in everything and all things contained, in perpetuity.
