Description
Richard of Leicester, burgess of Perth, has given, granted, and by this his charter established, to Inchaffray Abbey, in pure and perpetual alms, that whole land which he took from the land of John son of David, lying between the land of the late David son of Geoffrey and the land of the Abbot and convent of Scone, which William son of Hawok held of him, holding free and quit, save the agreement of the aforesaid William son of Hawok of 16d. from the aforesaid land to Richard in annual rent, and saving the service of the lord king.
