Description
Richard, son of Jordan Mus of Coldingham has resigned and entirely quitclaimed for himself and his heirs all right and claim in a house in the villa of Coldingham that belonged to him by hereditary right, that is the house in which John Curant lived, with one acre of land pertaining to the said house at 'Galustan' near the moor, to the prior and convent of Coldingham, his lords, for a certain sum of money which they have paid to him in hi sgreat need., to have and to hold without any witholding, so that neither he nor his heirs can have any claim in the house or land.
