Description
William de Vieuxpont, for the welfare of his lord King William and the queen and their son Alexander and for the welfare of the souls of King David, King Malcolm and Earl Henry, and others, has given, granted, and established by his charter, to Holyrood Abbey in pure and perpetual alms all his land of Ogilface (WLO), with all its just bounds and reasonable pertinents, free and quit from all service, custom, aid, army, and exaction, saving the forinsec service of the lord king of him and his heirs.
