Description: Reginald de Warenne has quitclaimed all right that he had in Exmagirdle (PER) to Lindores Abbey, for a half mark of silver which Sir Abraham bishop of Dunblane owe him annually from their chamber on the two terminals, namely, Pentecost and Martinmas. He has promised and obligated by this present charter not to trouble the abbot and convent of Lindores, although it might happen that the payment was not made by the bishop.
