Description
Alexander Jocelin, burgess of Peebles, son and heir of William Jocelin, the late burgess of Berwick, has granted and by the present charter quitclaimed and especially resigned in perpetuity all right and claim and also all possession and propriety with the charters and letters which he had or was able to have in that land or from that land in the villa of Berwick (BWK) with its buildings, etc.
