Ralph Noble, knight, son of William Noble, has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Sir David of Graham and Agnes his spouse, for his homage and service, a certain land in the territory of Kilpunt (WLO), namely, half of his demesne there, that is, the land which Patrick the steward and others and Adam Broun of Kilpunt and Hugh the grieve of Illieston, William Best and John, his brother, of Kilpunt, and Henry, grieve of ‘Hilifiston’ [perambulated?], with all their liberties and easements. The land will be quit of all ward and relief in perpetuity.
