Description
Richard of Nydie, brother of Hugh, has granted and by this his present charter established to Balmerino Abbey the donation which Hugh of Nydie his brother gave and established by his charter to Balmerino in pure and perpetual alms, namely of all his quarry of Nydie (FIF). He has also granted the monks free passage through his land, a toft in his villa of Nydie, and that they may have 24 oxen in common pasture.
