- Description
- A[lbin], bishop of Brechin and [Adam] archdeacon of the same place, papal judges-delegate, settle the dispute between Sir Archibald, bishop of Moray and the dean and canons of Moray concerning visitation of prebends and the churches belonging to them. The judges have ordained that the bishop of Moray and his successors may be granted visitation of the dean and chapter, as much as of the canons, clergy of the choir, ministers, vicars and ecclesiastical prebends. The bishop and his successors may be maintained by only one procuration for the deanery, and also one only for the precentory, treasury, archdeaconry, and the prebend of Spynie.
