Pope Clement IV has established the church of Craigie (AYR) to the abbot and convent of Paisley, which Walter, bishop of Glasgow, of good memory, with the assent of his chapter, had assigned them, in which they have the right of patronage, for their own uses, and then when the said church happens to be vacant, they may apply those uses, reserving to the perpetual vicar serving in it a portion from the its profits, from which he may be sustained and also to support the episcopal dues and other burdens, and also, in the same church they receive a certain yearly pension.
