- Robert, earl of Strathearn, has granted and holds good that his father of good memory, Earl Gilbert, undertook to perform the army service of the lord king for the land of Exmagirdle (PER) in perpetuity. He wills that no one shall put any burden on the land or one anyone residing on it for such exaction, in perpetuity.
