- Robert, earl of Strathearn, has granted and by his charter established, to Walter son of Alan and Cecilia his sister and her heirs, that donation which Sir Gilbert, earl of Strathearn, his father, made to the aforesaid Walter, with his sister, of the land of Coulgask (PER), in feu and heritage, by its right bounds, and just pertinents, as the charter of his father bears witness, for an annual render of a pair of godlen spurs or 6d at Pentecost, for all service and exaction and secular custom.
