Description
Guy the chaplain has given [etc], for the lighting of the church of Coldingham where mass is celebrated daily for the Virgin Mary, a toft and croft which he held in the villa of Coldingham of Bertram of Reston, who had it from the gift of Elias the smith; the sacrist of Coldingham is to answer to Bertram for 3d. yearly rent.
