David, king of Scots, noting that since William, earl of Douglas, gave by charter to his beloved and faithful John of Towers a certain piece of land called 'Douglas Ferme' (Farm, LAN) situated next to the River Clyde in the sheriffdom of Lanark, and that the king confirmed this donation, notifies that he has given John of Towers all the fisheries touching that piece of land, in feu and heritage.
