Description
Richard, bishop of Durham, chancellor of king [of England], has given to his clerk, Master William of Greenlaw, for his homage and service, fishery of 'Pole' [in River Tweed], which belonged to Henry de Ord, rendering one pound of pepper or 12d. at Norham on feast of St Cuthbert in September for all service, custom and exaction, saving what he assigned to Joan, wife of Walter de Godardvill during her life.
