- David, king of Scots, has inspected and truly understood a charter of William Comyn, finding it neither erased, cancelled nor damaged. [Charter of William Comyn, lord of 'Tolyboyf' (Kilduthie, KCD) and Little Coulter (ABD) to William of Meldrum, son of John of Meldrum, lord of Meldrum, of a half davoch of lands in the barony of 'Tolyboyf'.] The king confirms this, saving his service.
