Description
David, king of Scots, has made and constituted his beloved clerk, Master Andrew Bur, archdeacon of Moray, his procurator and special envoy in order to represent the king in front of venerable fathers in Christ Lords William, bishop of St Andrews, Thomas, bishop of Caithness, and Patrick, bishop of Brechin, his chancellor, or any other bishops of the kingdom, regarding their mandates and ecclesiastical censures.
