Robert, king of Scots, ordains his beloved and faithful men Thomas Randolph, earl of Moray, his nephew, and Robert of Keith, marischal of Scotland, and Masters James Ben, archdeacon of St Andrews, professor of law, Adam of Moray, doctor of decreets, and Walter of Twynham, canon of the church of Glasgow, as his procurators and special messengers to treat with Lord Charles, by the grace of God, king of France and Navarre.
