Biography: Watt, Graduates, 351: John occurs as Master in the familia of Bishop Robert Wishart in 1273. He is possibly the same as another John Lindsay, but the latter is not likely to have become Master so early. He is more likely to be the same as a Master and canon of Lincoln (1263-73).
