Description
Earl Malcolm of Fife notifies all his friends and men that he has given, granted and by his charter established to Archibald of Douglas, son of William of Douglas his whole land of Livingston (WLO) which William of Kilmaron held of him, and his whole land of Hermand (MLO), which the same William held of him, by their right bounds and with all just pertinents, in feu and heritage, to be held as freely as any knight in the kingdom of Scotland holds his feu of an earl or baron, for the service of half a knight.
