Description
David, king of Scots, for the salvation of his soul, and of the souls of his ancestors and successors the kings of Scots, has given the Blessed Virgin Mary and Blessed Monan and the chaplains in his chapel of Blessed Monan, which he has newly founded, celebrating perpetually there, all his lands of 'Estbernys' (East Barns, lost, FIF) and all his lands of Dean (MLO), in pure and perpetual alms, as freely as any chapel or church holds land in his kingdom.
