Description
David, king of Scots, has given Mariota Comyn, wife of the late John of Langlands, the lands of 'Millfallistona' and Auchterhead (LAN), with the mills of 'Millfallistona', which pertain to the crown due to the escheat of John son of Margaret, who held the lands of him in chief, and who alienated the lands unjustly without his licence and consent; holding by Mariota and her legitimate heirs with John [Langlands], failing which, by the heirs of John Langlands, in feu and heritage, for service owed and wont.
