Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful William of Leith, burgess of Aberdeen, the reversion of the lands of Ruthrieston (ABD), lying beside the River Dee with its fishery, after the failure of the heirs of William Chapman, due to the forfeiture of the late John, earl of Buchan, his rebel, before which the earl infefted the late William Chapman, burgess of Aberdeen, and his heirs; holding in feu and heritage for 1d blanchferme at Aberdeen on the feast of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist if requested.
