Restenneth Priory

Biography
Restenneth Priory, near Forfar (ANG), diocese of St Andrews, is an Augustinian house that was founded by 1153 by David I. The first church here was most-likely a Pictish foundation by St. Boniface c.710 AD. it came under the auspices of Jedburgh Abbey.
