- Alexander, king of Scots, makes it known that since Nicholas the baker, his former servant, has resigned to him by rod and staff land of Inverleith (MLO), which Nicholas formerly held under king's ancestors by charter of William, king of Scots; he has given William Sinclair, knight, same land of Inverleith; has also granted to William that he may freely mill the corn from his own house at king's mill without paying multure
