Description
The king commands the constable of the Tower to liberate William Oliphant, a Scotsman made prisoner at Stirling by the late king, as Walter de Burghdon [Burradon?] and Odard Heron of Northumberland, with Thomas of Richmond and Ivo de Aldeburgh of York, have become securities for his good behaviour and loyalty.
