King Edward writes to the sheriffs of Bedford and Buckingham, noting that as he had commanded them that all the lands, tenements, goods and chattels of John de Balliol, lately king of Scotland, and others of the realm of Scotland who have lands, etc., in their bailiwicks, and who have remained in Scotland, etc. he commands that any Scotsman who is residing on the lands of Scotsmen in England should be removed.
Extracts of those who hold lands in England are given.
