- The king writes to all the inhabitants of the Isle of Man, noting that because his sworn-man, Richard de Burgh, earl of Ulster, had surrendered the said island into his hands, he has committed custody of it to his sworn-man, Walter of Huntercombe. He shall answer for the army pertaining to it at the king’s command.
