Description
Brian fitz Alan, one of the guardians of the realm of Scotland, has presented by the tenor of the present testimony that the chamberlain of Scotland and Robert de Forde, associate of the same by the lord king of England, have authority by the other guardians of the realm of Scotland to pay to Henry Boiville (Boyle) and his associates whatever is owed for the custody of the castles of Dumfries, Wigtown, and Kirkcudbright from the remainder of their wages after the death of Sir William de Boiville (Boyle).
