King Alexander to merchants of England; notifies that he has given and granted to Scone Priory cain and customs of one ship; wishes and commands that merchants staying outwith region of Scotland (or Scotia) who desire to bring that ship up to Scone with their goods, will have his peace, and none may respond for customs of that ship, unless to Scone
