[Edward I] grants to the prior and convent of Durham and the prior and convent of Coldingham, which is a cell of Durham, of a weekly market on Wednesday at their manor of Coldingham, and a yearly fair, that is, the vigil, the day and the morrow of St Luke Evangelist and twelve days following.
