Description
Pope Clement V writes to Matthew, who, being in minor orders, and the son of a sub-deacon, got a papal dispensation, and thereupon, exceeding its terms, obtained the deanery of Dunkeld and held it for seven months. He grants a dispensation to retain the same; and license to hold an additional benefice.
