Description: David of Wemyss, son and heir of Sir Michael of Wemyss, knight, has given, granted and by this charter established to Lady Annabelle, daughter of Sir William Sinclair, knight, wife of Sir Robert Bisset, the late knight, these named lands: […] 10s. 8d. annual rent in the fishery of the said tenement of Balbedie (FIF), Capledrae (FIF), Petmuy (poss. Pitkinny) and Strathruddie (FIF) which are in the barony of Lochore; and Ardargie (PER) in the tenement […] Wester Dron (PER), which belonged to Sir David of Lochore; half of Eglisdikin (in Kilmadock parish, PER) which fell to David of Wemyss, in the earldom of Menteith; with the service of two free tenants within the barony of Lochore, that is Constantine of Lochore and Adam of Lochgelly; to hold for her lifetime, rendering debt, service and custom, and homage to David of Wemyss and his heirs, and 12d. yearly, half at Pentecost and half at Martinmas, for wards, reliefs and all other customs, services and demands.
