Description
John of Kinross, knight, has given to his cousin, Sir Walter Lindsay, lord of Thurston (ELO), knight, for homage and service frequently and jointly rendered, his whole demesne land of Little Pert (ANG) with his fishings of Northesk, along with twenty shillings annual rent from Westereglismaldy (Inglismaldie, KCD), for a silver mark and a pound of wax due yearly to the prior and convent of Restenneth from the said land of Little Pert, and with all commodities and easements of the marsh of Westereglismaldy. Walter is to render one silver penny yearly on the feast of Saint John the Baptist at Perth by way of blenchferme if desired, for all secular service, and all customs, exactions or demands which John and his heirs would be able to exact or require. John promises warrandice.
