- Description
- Robert, king of Scots, has inspected and, with competent deliberation, truly understood the charter of Alexander II, the king, son of William, the late king of Scotland, concerning bounds and testaments which were granted to Arbroath Abbey [RRS, iii, no. 19; 1/7/19]. The king approves, ratifies, and by his present charter establishes, this charter, in everything and all things contained, to the monastery and monks.
