John, king of Scots, commands and instructs his sheriff and baillies of Perth (PER) to compel the provosts of the burgh of Perth to render justly and without delay to the monks of Kelso or their representative (the bearer of this letter), six marks from the feu owed from two elapsed years, and allotted by the same provosts in the king’s roll, along with the arrears of the preceding years if they should be owed.
