Description: Richard de Moreville, constable of the king of Scots, has given and quitclaimed and by this charter established to Henry de St Clare, Edmund son of Bonde and Gillemichael his brother, and their sons and daughters, and all their progeny descended from them, free and quit, for three marks which Henry gave Richard, on the condition that they happen to separate from the aforesaid Henry by his permission and good will, it may not be allowed to transfer them across his lands (?).
