Description: Adam of Stawell, lord of Balmerino, has granted and made firm by this his present charter to St Andrews Priory in pure and perpetual alms 15 acres of land which Henry Revel his uncle, lord of Balmerino, with common pasture pertaining to that land, free and quit from all secular exaction, as contained fully in the charter of Sir Henry Revel.
