Description
David of Inchyra, brother of John of Inchyra, with the consent and good will of John his brother, has sold, granted and by this his present charter established to Christian de l’Isle, burgess of Perth, for a certain sum of money which he paid beforehand, a certain cellar in the villa of Perth, in the North Street, between the cellar of the late John Sparetunt and the land of the late Richard son of William son of Serlo, which John his (David’s) brother, conferred on him, holding and having in perpetuity, rendering 3d. annually to the lord king for all service, custom and demand.
