- Description
- Katerina daughter of the late Walter of Wells, burgess of Aberdeen, being of a mature and lawful age, by the consent of all her friends, has given, granted and by this her charter established to the Carmelite Friary of Aberdeen all that land which her father Walter gave her, out of his own acquisition in his legitimate prosperity, which lie on ‘le Grene’ street in the burgh of Aberdeen between the land of the said brothers on the west and the land of Stephen called ‘Gypini’ on the east, for a certain sum of money which the prior and brothers paid her in full, which the friars will hold of the lord king with all liberties and easements of the said land. For the warrandice of the said land, she has provided Walter Golightly and Peter Fowler her cousins, burgesses of Aberdeen as pledges.
