Description
Richard de Moreville, constable of the king of Scotland, with the assent and counsel of his family, has granted and by his charter established to Dryburgh Abbey in free, pure and perpetual alms, for the soul of Malcolm, his brother all the land of ‘Langelaw’ (ELO?), with common pastures, which land Alexander de St Martin gave the canons with his counsel, in reconciliation for the soul of the same Malcolm.
