Description: Thomas son of David of Quixwood has granted and by this his present charter made firm to Saint Cuthbert and Saint Ebbe and the monks of Durham at Coldingham, the whole land that his father David had in the villa of Oldcambus, and outside it, without any withholding, as in his father David's charter.
