Description
John Prat has given, granted and by this his charter established and quitclaimed to Sir Robert le Grand (i.e., Grant) the whole land of ‘Clonmanache’ (now Coulmony, NAI), which was contested between his father and Robert, in feu and heritage, with all its right bounds and with all its just pertinents, for an annual render of one mark for all service and demand, half at Pentecost and half at Martinmas.
