Description
Joachim of Kinbuck, knight, makes known that the archdeacon of Dunkeld, under apostolic authority, heard the case against him brought by Lindores Abbey, for preventing them access to timber from the wood of ‘Curelundyn’ in Strathearn (PER). He obligates and subjects himself and his successors to the jurisdiction of the archdeacon of St Andrews, who is empowered to compel Joachim and his successors to observe the premisses, and after three admonitions and without any judicial proceedings, by suspension, excommunication or interdict.
